How do I tag my FoxSell Mix and Match Orders?

You can automatically tag orders containing FoxSell Mix and Match bundles using our Shopify Flow template. This helps you easily identify and manage these orders in your Shopify admin.

Prerequisites

• The FoxSell app must be installed and Mix and Match Bundles must be set up.
• The Shopify Flow app must be installed on your store.
• You must have permission to create and edit flows in Shopify.

Steps to Add the Flow

1. Install Shopify Flow

If you haven’t already, install the Shopify Flow app from the Shopify App Store.

2. Access the Flow Template

• Open the Shopify Flow app in your Shopify admin.
• Click on “Browse Templates” or “Create Workflow”

3. Find the FoxSell Mix and Match Flow Template

• Search for the template named: Add an order tag when an order containing a FoxSell Mix and Match bundle item is created
• Click on the template to open it.

4. Install the template

• Click on "Install" button to install the template.
• Template would be installed but won't be enabled by default

5. Review and Customize the Flow

• The template is set to apply the tag: Mix and Match Bundle Tag
• If you want to use a different tag, edit the last step of the flow and enter your preferred tag name.

6. Activate the Flow

• Click “Turn on workflow” to activate the flow.

All the orders having Mix and Match bundles will be tagged with the given tag after the flow is enabled.

Notes

• This automation only works for orders that include Mix and Match Bundles created through the FoxSell app.
• You can edit or disable the flow at any time from the Shopify Flow app.
