How to View Bundle Details on Shopify Order Pages

FoxSell Bundles Plus includes an Admin Block that shows bundle details directly on your Shopify order pages. Instead of manually counting items or scrolling through line item properties, you can see the bundle name, variant title, quantity, and all component products at a glance.

This is especially useful for fulfillment teams who need to quickly tell the difference between bundle sizes (e.g. "500g Bag" vs "1000g Bag") without counting individual items.

What the Admin Block Shows

The FoxSell Bundle Order block displays:

• Bundle name - Which bundle was ordered (e.g. "Pick & Mix Candy")
• Variant title - The specific variant or size selected (e.g. "500g Bag" or "1000g Bag")
• Quantity - How many of this bundle were ordered
• Component products - The full list of individual products included in the bundle
• Line item properties - Any custom properties attached to the bundle items

If an order contains multiple bundles, you can navigate between them using the arrow buttons at the top of the block.

How to Enable the Admin Block

Step 1: Go to Order Page

In your Shopify admin, go to Orders, and select the order containing a Bundle

Step 2: Add the Block

In the order page, click Add block. Select FoxSell Bundle Order from the list of available app blocks.

Step 3: Order Block will show all the necessary details

Step 4: Pin to make it visible all the time (Optional)

You can pin the block so that it's always visible

That's it! The block will now appear on every order that contains a FoxSell bundle.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which bundle types does this work with?

All of them! The admin block works with Fixed Bundles, Mix and Match, Volume Bundles, Dynamic Add-Ons, and Cross-Sell bundles.

Who can see this block?

Only people with access to your Shopify admin. Customers never see it - it's purely an internal tool for your team.

Does it show on every order?

It only appears on orders that contain FoxSell bundles. Regular orders without bundles will mention that the order has no Bundles.

Does this affect packing slips?

No. The admin block only appears on the order page in Shopify admin. Packing slips are controlled separately through your Shopify packing slip template (Settings > Shipping and delivery > Packing slips).

Do I need to enable it for every order?

No - you only need to set it up once. After that, it automatically appears on all orders containing FoxSell bundles, including historical orders.
