Why does the View Bundle link open a missing Shopify product?
Short answer: FoxSell creates or links a Shopify product when you create a bundle. Do not delete that related product directly in Shopify admin, because FoxSell may still reference it.
Why does the bundle link show "There's no page at this address"?
The View Bundle in Shopify Admin link opens the Shopify product connected to your bundle. If that product was deleted directly in Shopify admin, the link points to a product that no longer exists.
Changing the bundle title or saving the bundle again does not restore the deleted Shopify product.
How should I remove a bundle?
Delete the bundle from the FoxSell Bundles app instead of deleting its related product directly in Shopify:
- Open FoxSell Bundles from Shopify admin.
- Find the bundle you want to remove.
- Delete the bundle from within FoxSell.
This keeps the FoxSell bundle record and its related Shopify product in sync.
